Melanie Radcliff, CPA, founder of Radcliff Financial Group, Inc., and Melanie Radcliff CPA, Inc., provides superior, comprehensive accounting services to her business owner, non-profit and individual clients in Fort Smith, Oklahoma and throughout the River Valley.
Melanie is a fifteen year veteran in the field of finance and accounting and continues to teach both disciplines as an adjunct faculty, Center for Business and Professional Development, University of Arkansas Fort Smith. She currently teaches and laughs at “How to Read a P&L and Other Such Stuff,” (in the classroom, it’s known as “Finance and Accounting for Non Financial Managers.”) If she had souvenirs from businesses she has taught, she’d have numbered tickets, hard hats, climbing gaffs, miniature 18-wheelers, and the list goes on.
When Melanie tells the story of the fuel that feeds her determination, she speaks of her father mismanaging his money and eventually losing everything. She knew what she wanted to do. Melanie earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Arkansas State University. Ask her any time, and she’ll say the same thing, “My father wouldn’t let me help him, but I can help my clients.”
Accounting specialty services include non-profit business auditing, independent reviews for contractors’ licenses, business exit planning, due diligence procedures relative to buying a business, career moves, and tax consequence research. Melanie and Melanie Radcliff CPA, Inc. provide Accounting Services Built Around You.

Cynthia’s lifetime accounting career puts her in the forefront and middle of corporate and family farming and heavy farm equipment and machinery businesses. The monthly accounting services Cynthia offers her clients keep them working in their very physical, down-to-earth businesses. Her clients include automotive collision body shops, organic crop production and sales, automotive parts distribution, and livestock boarding and trailer rentals. Cynthia’s quiet, calm personality makes the business life of her heavy-lifting accounting clients much easier—and continues to bring her new and interesting accounts that also include non-profits for the arts, cyber-security, photographers, and marble and granite contractors.
Cynthia and husband Joey live in Alma. Time and activities involving family and friends are their favorite recreation. As holidays and seasons change, Cynthia is the first to decorate, wear the color, wish us well and bake a little treat.
